What is your return policy?

 

At The Tooth Furry, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please take note of our return policy:

 

All items are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item is received in a damaged condition as a result from shipping. We will not accept return items from damages where the item is clearly torn from animal play.

 

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

To report a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at gina@thetoothfurry.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Once verified, we will offer you a replacement, or a refund for the damaged item.

Our toys are suitable for children aged 3+.

Our toys are made of polyester.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do not at this time, but we are working towards offering this service in the future.
